i agree with the comments on bikram yoga and ansel adams. i used to practice bikram at home after learning the basic asanas. but now, i stopped muna kasi i have a more pressing condition. but yes, bikram is very good for meditation. both iyengar and bikram are my favorite schools of yoga.
as for ansel adams. of course, he's considered the father of black and white photography. legend na talaga. and to think wala pang photoshop noon. that's why mas comfortable ako sa film rather than digital. ewan, baka nostalgic lang ang drama ko. hehe

love and hate Birkram Yoga! I was doing this a year ago for one month - and then whenever I like. The heat really makes you swear and think you are punishing yourself. But then you develop that tenacity -almost pseudo masochism (?) state,and then you start going witht the flow! Mama O must have love this for the guys just baring naked in the shower with their ding-a-ling dangling!
I love Adam Ansell and I will definitely find your book! I am a big fan of Anne Rice - walang tulugan!
if there's 1 anne rice novel readers of this blog ought to read, it's cry to heaven. kase... magaling na nobelista si anne rice. and because there are a lot of graphic sex scenes in this amazing book. bordering on soft porn na nga. pero not quite. who else can make up a story about a group of castratis (mga pinutulan ng ano) and make them appear as very sexual beings? si anne rice lang.

I like the works of Anne Rice especially her Cinderella series. God I read that book on my flight and I wasn't able to fell asleep since I was having a hard on all the way.
